Air horn mod

I did this on my Ultra Classic, and would like to do this on My Deluxe. Anyone use this mod on their softail before? Since there isn't nearly as much room under the seat, where did you put the compressor?

I put an air horn on mine. It bolts up where the old horn goes. The compressor fits right under your own old horn cover. I have the round horn cover so not sure about a stock horn cover.

Factory picture of the Mini Beast 2. This puppy is LOUD!!!

We have the "Mini Beast 2" air horn system for our '12 FLSTC. It is LOUD and a all in one unit, compressor and horns. Fits in the same location as the original horn.

Gotcha! This mod made it fit under the stock cover. I'm going to see where I might be able to mount this in a different way.

I installed a $40 Steibel air horn on my springer in the stock softail horn mount. Bolts right up using the stock stud.

Here is my thread with install instructions and pics and video. It's super loud. I love it.
