hey guys just bought my first Harley today. I got a leftover 14 fatboy lo Daytona blue color. I think I got a fair price for my 12 Vulcan 900 classic. I paid 17524 and got 5000 for my trade. the lo is comparable to riding my classic but even better. I rode a street glide and just didn't feel comfortable riding it like I did with the lo. love the amount of power that 103 has I just want to make it a little louder.
Congrats on the new bike, I have a '14 Lo myself and absolutely love it! Good luck on your exhaust choice ....BEFORE you post on here asking for opinions, spend a lot of time on YouTube listening to the different exhausts and looking at pics. Then Google those pipes for reviews and listen to them in person at the dealership if possible. If you ask for opinions here, you are going to get a thousand different answers....your best bet is to do your research and decide for yourself, in my opinion.
Congrats on the new Lo. Enjoy making it your own. Let the mods begin. Be sure to check out the Calling All Fatboy Lo's thread. Tons of pics and great info on mods. Plus we will also advise you on proper reflector etiquette in there. LOL
Congrats and welcome to the Harley side. Its a disease that only affects your wallet.
That's not exactly true. It can affect your mind also. Some days I just can't quit thinking of my Lo. What new mods I'm gonna do, How much longer work is 'til I can ride, did I use the right kind of oil, and how could I leave those reflectors on the bike so long? Stuff like that. And welcome to the Lo side by the way, ride safe and definitely get over to Calling all Fatboy Lo's. We'll help you spend that money faster than Donald Trump can make it!
