Default Rush Crossover, go or no?

Found a BNIB Rush Crossover exhaust, chrome, slash tips, locally for $315. I was considering the v&h bss, because I like the look of them, but after finding these for essentially 50% off msrp I'm seriously considering these instead.

Opinions? Good price or should I wait?

I have the Black Rush cross overs on my ride and love them. Mine came with the slash tips too. but I have not used them. I had the end of my heat shields ceramic coated to match the satin chrome on my bike. My pipes came with 1.75 baffles and were nice and loud when you got on it but not to bad at cruising speed. Rush make a very high quality exhaust and has great customer service. I don't think that you will regret your purchase.

BTW I now run my pipes with thunder torque inserts and no baffles.

How do you like the torque inserts? How do they even work? I saw them on the DK site the other night while browsing but didn't line too long.

They work well for me. Like I said I don't run any baffles now but with the inserts I feel I have a bit more torque then before. The pipes are loud and deep. But I feel that at cruising speed they are just fine and not blasting my ear drums.
