Congrats on the bike.Very exciting time for you.
Now the fun bit begins,and the dollars start to flow.Cheapest part of my bike was the purchase price.But hey its only money and you only go around this place once.

Well, she's home and she's lovely!
Put about an hour into the saddle so far, just trying to get comfortable. I'm not going to lie, this is the heaviest bike I've ever handled, so I was a bit nervous. Once we got in gear together, she rode SMOOTH. Already getting the hang of the heel shifter and honestly, it's not bad at all.
I am on cloud 9 right now. Now I know what all of you lucky riders have been talking about firsthand. Time to practice, practice, practice, so that I can do some riding this weekend. See you all on the highways and byways!
Pics coming soon...though she's just a bone stock, black/white pearl FLSTN...for now.
p.s. Got the SERT at 20% off list as part of my deal, but thanks for the heads-up 07FB!

Thanks for the compliments y'all! I already have people waving and yelling "nice bike". Managed to do about 50 miles today. Not as much as I'd hoped, but spent most of my seat time in the neighborhood turning, braking, shifting, practicing starts, stops, etc. Bike feels GREAT, though I noticed that an hour or so in the seat does start working on the tailbone a bit. I'm a little taller at 6'3", so it might just be me.
cj, you're going to love it man! The Heritage looks great and is supposed to be one of Harley's most comfortable rides, right out of the box. Enjoy it!
