well my brake cable is a little tight for comfort and my electrical cables will snap if turn all the way left. I undid the zip ties as well and it looks like crap. I wonder why mine are shorter than everyone else's.
I just installed a set of 1 1/2" chrome spacers on my risers. That little bit of a spacer makes a difference. I like the drag bars but wanted them a little bit closer. Since they are a little up and back you aren't streching as much (I'm 6'2" so I didn't strectch to much anyway). Only thing I had to unhook was the Master Cylinder line from the frame. There was enough slack in all of the other cables.
They look great where did you get the spacers I'd like to put them on my Breakout since my back and neck are killing me from riding hunched over.
Trying to find anyone who sells these spacers. Any help?
I don't believe anyone is selling them anymore. I had mine made at a local machine shop. I purchased 1-3/4 diameter aluminum bar stock 1-3/4" long and had them finish the ends, then bore a clearance hold for a 1/2" bolt.
Then I had mine powdercoated. I purchased my bolts from Fastenal.
All total I have about $60 in them.
Hope that helps.

Right on. I appreciate the help and will have to see if I can get that done.

Just looked into doing that. Pretty easy process. Only question I have for you is this: Did you purchase them 1-3/4" long and have them machined down to 1-1/2" or did you do with an overall length of 1-3/4"?

You can get the risers at heartland USA they are made specifically for the breakout I do believe they have 1 1/2 and 2" but if you get the 2" your gonna have to change your cables

I purchased them at about 1-13/16 and finished to 1-3/4. You need to make sure you enough cable/wire length to clear 1-3/4. Some have only been able to clear 1-1/2.
