Softails like the Deluxe and the Heritage through at least 2017 should not need any fender brackets.

Well, I thought I was done with my bike for a while until this thread. I have never liked my front fender now I have a reason to change it to a 21" 40 spoke and a custom fender.

21" was easy. Changes the look of the bike completely.

Lucero Vicia, glad to hear it wasn't anything major. Sometimes we forget the little things, like inspecting the caliper, pads, etc., out of excitement to get the new item installed.

Which manufacturer does a White Wall tire for the 21" wheel (from the Wide Glide).

I do t have a WG but I got an Avon Cobra Chrome WW for my 21 up front -

There are many manufacturers of the 21-inch white wall, Avon, Dunlap, Shinko, Vee Rubber, etc.. While there is a variance from manufacturer to manufacturer, it depends on your preference and budget, shop it out.
