Crossbones rear fender question

Been toying with the idea of swapping my rear fender for a bobber style. My main question is has anyone successfully used a badlander seat with any of the conversions. Im really not wild about replacing the seat because im pretty comfortable on the badlander.

Beware! Don't use the Shade Tree fender!!!!!

I've had bad luck along with many others on this forum, there are a few threads regarding their issues.

Thanks for the heads up. I was just on their site. I think im going to go with a fatboy fender and chop it up. Seems easy enough and will allow me to use my seat. I found one on craigslist for an 08 just waiting to hear back. It has the look im going for.
