Breakout taillight relocation options?

Breakout taillight relocation options?
I didn't see anything around the site. Has anyone seen any decent relocation ideas for the tail lights on the breakout? Ideally I'd like to see something that combines brake and signals under the fender. Thoughts?

yes, looks nice. you could also go for 3in1 mini turnsignals and leave the fender clean.
Next option is a custom fender, where you place a little stripe-led into the edge. Looks really clean, if well done.
