Hey guys, just put apes on the Fatty and raked trees. What do ya think? Ordered a heritage style smooth fender that should be in any day and I am going to either paint the tins satin black (no stripes) or repaint them vivid black (no stripes). Also, I'm going with a metal tank emblem instead of the stock painted on decal... any suggestions? Any input greatly appreciated... Thanks

I have the Denim Black...shows dirt, finger prints, every little scratch. With that being said, that was the look I was after (Old, beaten, andweathered). You can not go wrong with a Black Harley, shiney or not.
I have to agree.. I think keeping it as is.. Reason: Why spend the dough replacing a perfectly good-looking fatty fender and have to repaint it all.. I think this scoot with the apes look killer!! As Is!
Makes me want to get my apes done.. Would be close to this minus the chrome forks but adding the cool ironbags.. Getting all misty thinking about it. Finally got my registration sticker they never sent me.. I foresee a fluid change, probably a 10k svc and some busted bugs in my near future.
