Default screw in tire

headed to leesburgh tomorrow, checking over bike noticed a framing screw in front tire, its not leaking, should I plug it or leave it. I understand that i'm taking a chance on either.

If it was a rear I'd say plug it if there's plenty of tread left. Not a front though, cough up the cash for a new one.

Replace it... you do the math. 2 tires - one =.

Check with your dealer, it might be a covered repair/replacement.
I know that mine would be, yours might be too.

If it was me, I would replace it. Considering what problems it could cause a new tire is a cheep way out.

How old do you want the rider to get to?

If it is covered by warranty ggold...great! But if not, buy a new tire! It's irritating as hell, but clipping down the highway at 65mph with a plugged tire just doesn't give me a 'warm fuzzy!' A failure like that can ruin your whole damn day, for sure!

Sorry, dude...good luck!

Screw that replacing it business. Just put a tube in it and wear it out. I've ridden tens of thousand of miles on tires that were nail/screw punctured and then tubed.

All of you "replace it" guys, please send me your tires, I will gladly wear them out.
