Few weeks back I was in a restaurant eating, looked out at my bike and some dude swings his leg over it and sits right down. I was up and screaming before I was out the door. Your right, no respect!

IF the person owns a house and has home owners insurance she has personal liability.
I learned this year's ago when a guy rolled a hand truck off a loading dock onto the hood of a friends 1800E Volvo. He turned it in to his home owners insurance and they paid the damages.
My home owners policy covers me for 100 grand in personal liability.

Damn!!! I truly feel for you man. What a heart wrenching experience. That's a beautiful bike you've got and angers me just to hear how disrespectful someone can be. I hope the insurance company gets things fixed and squared away quickly for you.
I can say unequivocally, that if that had happened to me and I was witness to it I'd be spending the night in the Iron-bar hotel.

Yep already had the heartland kit installed and it was suppose to be in the shop getting a paint job today. However the paint on the tank was damaged so I expect the paint for the tank to be covered by insurance now when everything goes through. And wouldn't you know it my heartland seat has a little tear in it. So now that needs to be replaced as well.
