I was at a bike show last night and while I was in the bar some drunk lady decided to take pictures with the bike and she knocked over the bike next to mine causing that bike to fall into mine and mine to hit the ground. Everyone immediately ran over to pick up the bikes and being the lovely person she was after they picked the bikes up she took her pictures with it then left. I had quite a bit of damage done to my bike. I don't think I've ever been more pissed in my entire life.
I filed a claim for sure. I'm not paying for any damages that I didn't do. What it sounds like is the people who owned the bike will be the people my insurance will go after. As far as the other peoples bikes, they will go after the lady who knocked them over. I was really confused about how it all works but I should have all my damages covered by their insurance company.
I freak out when I see anyone with a lot of jewelry or metal on their belts getting near the scoot, I always have. Ever notice a new car and the door handle ring scratches?
I'm surprised anyone lets the drunk near any scoot, especially the one I just described.
Hope you're not out of pocket too much, brother.

I know you are mad to all hell, hate to hear anything like this, trust me. Something similar to this happen to me 16 years ago as I just parked my bike in the staging lane at the Drag strip. The guy I was to race going into round three was parked next to me. Somehow his bike got knocked over into mine and they both went down. Neither of us was able to race after that. It was a big mess and tempers almost came to blows. I feel your pain...

I in all seriousness I had my eyes water up bro. I love my bike more then life its self as most of us do. I got everyone's insurance info but I left the damages as unknown because I want to look over every square inch of the bike and report any minor damage done. I will hear back from the insurance company on Monday with the list of damage. So far this is the list off damage I've noticed.
-Apes
-Levers
-Fork tube
-Derby cover
-Seat
-Tank
-Flush mount gas caps
-Shift lever
-Toe piece to shifter lever
-Cable holder for clutch
-Top and bottom triple trees
-Pipes
-Headlight
I'm sure there is more damage but I couldn't bare to look at it anymore it makes me sick.

Just be glad you weren`t in a wreck and have your body damaged or worse. It sucks though. Your thread title is so correct.
