Different cable length question...same cables taller bars with less width
Currently running LA Choppers 16" tree huggers, 39" wide. Thinking about going with a 16" Carlini panty dropper, they are only 32.5" width. My cables fit just right with the tree huggers ( I measured before ordering cables). It would seem if I go with a bar that decreases width by 3.25" per side that it would leave room for some additional height (either 18" bars or 16" with a bit of riser).
Tried to mock up where I think the controls would be on a narrower and taller set up, no real way of knowing until bars are mounted. Trying to get by without ordering new cables but dont want to go too short on bars and have to run tall risers. Any thoughts from those who might have simular experience?
