dash lights
I have a 2011 softail sometimes when I ride my dash lights go out then come back on when it does this my security light will come then go out when this happens my headlight will get really bright when the dash lights come on it gets a little dimmer could some one please help me?

Plenty of videos on youtube on how to check a Harley charging system, the stator, and the regulator. Couple that with the service manual specs for your model would be where I started , then move on to tracking down loose/corroded connections(power & ground).
