please help with wheel identification

hello i was wondering if anyone know the type of fitment for this wheel that i have just by the image. i know the wheel specs. its an Excel J 16x5.5. as far as the hub i dont know. does anyone know details from the picture?

I believe Excel just makes replacement rims...so there is no telling what hub is laced in there...impossible to tell from just that pic...kinda looks like a 73-83
