Monotubes first impression
Got the progressive monos installed along with chrome fork legs and front end pieces. Impressive to say the least! When I first took her for a ride it was pretty stiff. I went 1" under and I kind of had an "oh no" moment. As I continued on and everything settled into place it kept getting better and better! I never really thought my front end was noisy. It was. The noise reduction in front is quite noticeable. The bike tracks WAY better through turns. Feels MUCH more "planted" with the monos. Bike just kind of glides over bumps and ruts in the road with ease. Brake dive is all but gone. No more drama on hard stopping. Twisties are so much more fun with the added confidence this mod has given me. Handling is improved dramatically! This upgrade was well worth the $$$. My bike feels like a new and improved machine!
