Arlenn Ness Poly bushings on my RK.
A little cheaper than the alloy art or HD bushings (are they the same?).
Do softails have 2 piece clamps or 1 piece? If its a 2 piece clamp I would recommend changing to a stronger single clamp.
They are 2 single clamps..... the only other option I have found is going to a single "top" plate. I don't see how that can be any better than running 2 singles seems how there are only singles holding the bottom of the bars (so no clamping or gripping in the middle section underneath). I do like the looks of the single top plate though.

The single top clamp adds to the stability and holds the bars better...I highly recommend it.
Hanging off apes at 64 with that many miles on them is good enough for the girls I go out with! Did you use the HD poly bushings Springer?
Sorry to say but that is one question that I honestly can't answer. I do know for sure that they are poly but don't know if they are HD or somebody else's.
When you place the order Bill will no doubt explain to you poly bushings are the way to go. He will also probably suggest a 1 piece riser setup for those bars.
EDIT: Wanted to add that 1" diameter will look squirrely with the beefy front end you're running...IMHO. Go with an 1 1/4" minimum.

Oops, I messed up on original post. The bars are going to be the 1-1/2" diameter bars actually. I agree, the smaller diameter bars don't look as good with the Fatboys huge front end. I've begun pricing out all the stuff I need to do the swap and I'm a little surprised how expensive it is. Even doing the labor yourself the parts get very expensive.... add shipping and exchange rate to Canada and it's crazy $$$.
