Here is a video about the EIMTS
.

To enable:
Turn the ignition switch on. Push the engine off/run switch on the right handlebar to the run position (the motorcycle may be running or not running).
Push the throttle to roll-off position and hold.
See Instrument Lamps . After approximately 3 seconds, the cruise indicator lamp will either flash green (EITMS enabled) or orange (EITMS disabled).
Repeat the procedure as necessary to enable or disable EITMS.

That procedure only works on the touring bikes. Softails require direct ECM access to turn it on/off.

The EITMS on my S turns on and off exactly that way. I have played with it a few times and it is currently on being so hot here in Jersey. The exhaust are Rinehart Crossbacks. Love them!

What do you mean played with it? Are you able to turn it on and off easily like the manual says or something else?

Just wondering I was thinking of checking mine out.

If it says that in the manual then they finally added support for it. Enjoy it, that's new.

Rock on.

I have turned it on and off and tested the function in warmer weather. Kind of makes you think something is wrong the first time it kicks on at a red light.

Can any 2016 Slim S owners start your bike in gear by only pulling the clutch in before pressing the button. I have to pull in the clutch and front brake?
