Ok so I bought this used rocker lots of mods done by the previous.

I just wondering what originally went here in this open hole? am I missing a bolt or something?

If you look really well, you'll notice that there are several mounting points through out it just waiting for you to add sit on LOL

That's where you mount your condom dispenser.
Not needed so much or so often or with such urgency on other Harley models. The touring bike guys, for instance, have plenty of time to rummage through their bags, since the gal probably already fell asleep anyway.

The "nosebleed seat" (passenger seat) on the Rocker. That's pretty funny !
My wife does like being able to see over the top of my head though.

Ill have to look at mine and see if that tab is there...don't think so on my rocker. Had it since new in 09, 50,000 miles, very sweet ride when you fix it the way you want. I travel with it and everything...single rider, so limited baggage.
Great choice in your new bike!! You and the bride ride safe.

Thought it would be used for a Viagra dispenser on the touring bikes

Don't the touring bikes come standard with a special port on the intake manifold, for hooking up the vacuum hose on the "erector set"?
