swing arm conversion

i want to do a swing arm conversion on my 04 softail. I want to know what is the biggest swing arm i can put on the bike and what all do i need to put a 240 swing arm if at all possible maybe a 200 and what kind of chain conversion and all that. what do i need to do? i know i need a chain conversion,swing arm,tire,wheel.......and what else????

Primary offset kit, depending on width of rear wheel will depend on how much offset

This is what I have on my bike. You don't have to do a chain conversion if you prefer a belt..20mm softail belt is no wider than a chain.
