Opening this thread to show you a new product I found on the web and I honestly wasn’t aware of.
Finally someone decided to create a “hand grenade” coil cover fitting Breakout as well as Rocker and Blackline models. We’ve often talked in various threads about the cheap stock Breakout coil and possible ways to improve its look so I thought some of you might be interested in this item.
TECNICAD,an Italian manufacturer, produces a CNC machined billet aluminum coil cover, available in various type of finish (anodized, polished, red and gold asfar as I remember).
Ordered myself a polished version yesterday and, as soon as I’ll receive this cover, I’ll update this thread with “in hand” impressions.
You can find these covers (as well as other interesting items) shown on their website
I actually like the grenade...LOL. doesn't bother me at all and you never know when you might need one...LOL.
That looks like a decent setup, but I'm keeping mine.
Ride safe.

If the Moco had made the coil like a real hand grenade it would have been a lot nicer indeed. Just imagine it on a Slim S in olive green while on Breakout, Blackline and Rocker having a gloss black or chrome version.
Unfortunately, depending on the way we customize our scoots, the stock coil may result out of place and there aren't so many choices on the market.
In trying to maintain the original shape to minimize the cover measures the grenade silhouette is obviously still recognizable but I prefer these covers to naked stock coil.
As EagleRay correctly stated at least this way you can have coil matching your bike's style.

Great I shall get one. I want the left side to look at least half as good as the right.
