If I'm reading it correctly, 16 is "missing password" which shouldn't matter - we can program in a password to our bikes to allow us to turn off the alarm if we lose the fob (instructions in your owners manual, if you need them let me know I have a picture of the steps somewhere).
43 is tachometer low. Did you adjust your idle speed with a tuner, or like I did with a manual idle controller? What speed do you have the bike idling at?
Sounds like you adjusted your idle down to where the computer doesn't like it. I have noticed if I adjust mine down to about 600 it'll light up the check engine light until I idle it back up.
Is your check engine light on all the time, or just after startup for a short period of time? If it's on all the time, is it blinking?
it will come on while riding then run rough then i turn bike off while rolling and it fires up fine but the speedo goes dead and the odometer goes blank. Sometimes when i roll to a stop idle will stick a little high then drop to normal. after the rest it runs fine.
I'd take that dobeck off and see if that fixes things. Sounds like it might be frizting out or perhaps is getting a loose connection to the injector harness.
