options for solo spring seat on 94 softail also round oil tank
So I have a 94 softail custom. Im converting im putting a 150 rear tire on it and cutting the struts off and doing roland sand fender struts and fender and lowering the bike some. I want a solo spring seat. I want to get as low into the frame as possible for seating stance. I plan on getting a custom made tooled leather seat made. But what im having trouble finding is, where can I find a batery cover to cover the frame to start with. Id much rather purchase one instead of spending the time fabing one since I have a lot of other things that need to be done. All the ones I see are for 2000 and up. Also is it needed to run a smaller battery.
My second question is has anyone converted there oil tank to the round ones with the old school look with the battery tray in them? I see vtwin.com offers a few.
