I have been wanting to go with a narrow glide front end as well but would like to keep a front brake if possible. Interested in what you find out.

Its been a while since I posted anything on this thread, for those of you who give a f....

This winter was slow, decided that I needed to black out as much as I could, I didn't want to completely remove all chrome just enough. Replaced primary cover, cam cover and tranny cover. I powder coated the front end, and while I was there I decided, hey WTF why not try on different bars, also added a nostalgic engine guard So I put on some apes, exhaust is still out with the painter, getting it ceramic coated black...
