Frame changes!

I know that in the touring models that in 2009 changes were made to the frame and that the ride was much better with the new frame! Was there the same change done to the Softail Models and the Deluxe is the model I'm interested in knowing about!

No major frame changes that I remember reading about like the touring bikes. I have read they did change Axle sizes and I think the wiring somewhere around there..
