Hi i am looking to put new exhaust on my 2011 Fatboy and have no idea what to get since there are so many options. Im looking for a low rumble but really cracks when you hit the throttle. any advice?
I think most aftermarket exhausts are going to give you a great sound, and if it's not exactly what you're looking for you can always experiment with BCT baffles or many brands have their own "quiet" baffles, which usually change the tone more than actually quieting the pipes down.
Do you know what style pipes you're looking for? That's going to do quite a bit to narrow down the selection and then you can go from there.
Vance and Hines big shot staggered IMO sound awesome. Had them on my 103ci Dyna and now have them again on my new fatboy S.
There are so many out there it comes down to what tickles your pickle aesthetically then try to hear them in person to seal the deal.
Good luck!
