If I could afford a second bike I would really consider a new 16 Heritage Classic in black. The changes made this year are spot on. Congratulations!!!!

Yes it's a Mustang mini fender bib.
However it doesn't fit quite like thephoto insert indicates.

You misplaced the heel shift too. I didn't care for it, and don't ever intend to put it back on.
