It will probably require some extensive modifications. I've seen this done on Rockers and it was far from a direct fit scenario.

First thing to do is go to "ronnies harley davidson online parts finder" (google it). you can look up microfiche parts diagrams of the Breakout and Fatboy tanks, and get a feel for how they mount, associated parts etc.
