Default Primary Oil leak

I have a 2006 Fatboy. I took it out for a ride and it made a weird noise, sounded like the chain. Now it is leaking primary fluid. See attachment. What is involved with fixing this. I do some work in the bike, but not sure about something like this.

You need to take it apart as it looks like the primary or transmission seal it leaking. Not a hard fix but takes some time.

It looks that way, I also noticed the belt is way off to one side.

I can't tell if it's missing teeth or if it's oil. Buy yourself a HD Service Manual & find out what special tools you might need before starting the job. Good luck

Thanks everyone. I wonder if I didn't get the rear tire mounted right when getting a new tire. I have noticed that it isn't centered like I thought it should be. It is more to the left of the bike. I was pretty sure I put the spacers on right and even took it off once to check it out. Now I think I may not have put it back right.
