So front brake replacement question?

So front brake replacement question?
Did the back brakes fine last night went on to the front ones and spread the pads apart. I can't get them off their clips. Is there an easy way or trick to these?
Maybe because it was late but I didn't see any kind of retaining pin like is on the rear.
Any advice would be appreciated.
