May be the guys who got Legends are less vocal!! Or not so much not the softail forum, it seems to focus more on the tourers...
Anyway, attached pictures of the switch set up. I have added an on/off switch to prevent accidental engagement of the switches

Or, and I think more likely, the Legend owners aren't having many issues!! (it also has a lifetime warranty) Legend originally ONLY had a model for HD Softails, they were the first to produce one in 1998, they started making the systems for all other HD models later, so there are a lot of them out there on softies!!...Good that you were able to rig something up for the controls, I wonder why SS doesn't make them WITH handle bar controls. The Legend handlebar controls are small, hardly noticeable, a nice clean look...
The chin spoiler shipped from Thunderbike, supposed to be here tomorrow!!! Now I need to find a local painter, and have it painted to match the bike!! I'm NOW also thinking that a new front fender might be nice, the stocker might be a little narrow for the new 120 tire?? Maybe something that wraps around more?? I don't know if I'll find something I like soon enough, but it would be nice to get the paint work done at one time.

I've got a full 180* wrap fromy bitchin seats on the front.
How wide is that?? Their site says "fitted for 21" wheel" but I can't find the width... do you have it off-set?? That looks great, especially with your paint!!

I'm running it around their fat 21, with a 120 metz. It's snug and it is prebent mounting flanges for the Rocker front end, no spacers or anything needed. It's roughly 5.45 inches wide around the tire. Thanks, I think it complements my paint nicely
The Front wheel is 21"x 2.15 from Paul Yaffe. This was before Heartland sold theirs, it was pretty expensive ($2000) and the quality of the chrome is bad. It also required the spacers to be modified so I could not use the tapered ones I have on there. The tyre is a 90/90x21" (Avon, whatelse...)
The front spoiler is the HD bullet spoiler: 57039-08BDK
The head lamp is H4, 4 1/2": 69851-06 and you need a short mount: 68595-06
The front fender is from Heartland (my favourite aftermarket supplier...): HL-2101-FR21
