I really didn't have a big issue with the front tire, you can keep it until it needs replacing, but change the rear when you can, you'll be glad ya did....and unless you see something wrong with the belt, like a rock hole, there's no need to change it. It's a 133t, 1" belt, fine for the 1 1/8" pulley and Harley uses quality belts, good up to like 100k...and they will handle a way more torque/HP then you'll be throwing at it.......and be sure to post some pics after you pick it up!!
I took some today ill post em let me go to photobucket, I also put in signature, not sure why it didn't come up? brb
I had to throw my hat on seat, these were from today, vance and hines pipes, its tuned, not sure what brand intake it is tho
it hasn't been run thru shop yet or detailed, VERY CLEAN 1200 MILES.....
were those a direct plug in, and im assuming, the led is brighter, I like the compact look, the bars wont be as cluttered.....I like em
I don't know if they were a direct plug in. The wires are all internal, inside the stem and handle bars. The LED's are very bright and I like them very much. The mirrors are easy to see through. They look very clean and quite natural.
Well......I was pretty sure, since Rich at Bitchin Seats had test fitted the front fender when he made it, (on a Rocker with a 21" wheel), that there would be no problems with the install and clearances.....But I still was happy when I got the wheel/tire on and gave it a spin to double check......ALL GOOD!!!
I'll clean it up tomorrow and post some pics showing the other new parts....
Hey Rocker B, First off that has got to be the best looking Rocker I've ever seen... I have a 2009 Rocker C and have gotten a ton of ideas from your build.. One question I have tho is with the Dakota speedo, does the speedo have a fuel gauge built in? I just ordered one and was wanting to go with flush mounted gas and gauge kit. I noticed you went with a dummy cap for the gauge so I'm assuming the Dakota does indeed have a fuel gauge. Thanks in advance for your reply Bro.

Hey man thanks a lot!!!....and yes the Dakota has "R (remaining miles)" "Lo" and a low fuel gas pump icon that comes on. I actually replaced the Drag Specialties cap/dummy cap with the HD flush mount gas cap and fuel gauge. They have a much better fit and finish, and it is nice being able to just glance down and the gauge without having to toggle thru the DD display.....
