Default Lower reps

I searched the forum and it seems that in order to lower you RPMs at highway speeds, you either need to chage your tranny, front or rear sprocket..... Does anyone run the 34T sprocket and if so, how many RPMs does it drop it at highway speed. Where can I find said sprocket?? and finally is it worth the hassle?? I find myself always hitting for 6th....on my 06 deluxe. I also have an 06 Dyna WG and like the lower RPMs, but dont like the downshifting required at times.
Thanks in advance for input.
