You could probably got some throwover leather bags. But with the shorter fender, it's really tight. Another option is get a heartland rear fender and use their passenger seat plus add on saddlebag.

But for the fender kit and $1800 in add-ons, your pushing 5gs.

It would literally be 4 bolts to swap fenders if you had them both set up with a wire harness and lights. Unplug tail-lights, remove 4 bolts, put other fender on and add your bags. I would be inclined to go this route in a heartbeat if I got a chopped rear fender. I ride solo 95% of the time and only use my bags when the wife and I make a trip. In fact, the pic in my sig was on a weekend trip with my wife. I just removed the rear seat and bags for the picture.

I used EZ-Brackets on a set of throw-over saddle bags. The brackets come with the QD hardware and they will mount to any hard-back saddle bag. I just took the yoke off of the throwovers. Looks great and good for the long trips!

I don't suppose you have a part #for that EZ bracket, as usual nothing fits the Breakout.

They have 2 options. One if you already have the QD backrest hardware and one if you don't have the QD harware.

Without backrest BRKT-R1
With Backrest BRKT-R1BR

Go to greatbikegear website. They have it listed as Easy Brackets for Harley Davidson FXSB Breakout 2013 and later.
