I've got the same problem, I'm 6 4 ride an 04 night train 2 inch forward extensions and just not far enough back. I've got a corbin hollywood that I picked up at a garage sale for 20 bucks but the mounted tabs have been cut off, gotta fab up a couple brackets to hold it on. When I sit on it right now it feels a couple inches back and maybe 1 down, after I get it mounted im gonna send my badlander to mean city for a double decker and 3 inch rear move. 14.5 inch apes with 3.5 inch risers. It's coumfortable but I'm sure it could be better.
C&C solo in my sig pic. Haven't had the stock seat on there in so long don't remember the difference. I just know the stocker was uncomfortable as hell. Hopefully looking at it will give u an idea of how far back it'll push u.
