Looking to add some more H/P & T/Q to my 2016 Breakout. No experience in this area. Which would be best? Big bore kit stage 4? Any suggestions would be helpful, Thanks
what's your budget? I'm assuming you have pipes and air cleaner upgraded?
the least costly route up front (about $800 ballpark), and will help with any further motor modifications, is to change your belt pulleys to 30/68 or 30/70. first sticky at top of this forum.
get a tuner product like FP3, PV or TTS and run a better map that gets rid of the de-tuned spark timing in the off-idle and roll-on power areas, and can add a bit more fuel. $450 range
those two things alone will give a very dramatic increase in performance.
after that, you can do a mild cam drop in for under $1000 (andrews 57h, se204 etc) to raise HP and TQ to around the 100 range
go to a fuel moto 107 kit for getting into the 110hp/115tq range - $3k-$4k
Either way you will need a tuner product, and doing the belt pulleys will benefit all motor performance upgrades.

The 107 kit ($3k -$4k), is this with installation? If I'm not mistaken, the dealer has to install to keep my existing warranty.

Yeh that is "ballpark" going to include labor as well. talk to your dealer about what they will and will not install and how it can effect warranty. every place is different. Here in California the dealers will not install anything that is not EPA and CARB compliant.
you could do an SE Stage IV kit - that might help preserve warranty. send a PM to member JimGnitecki - he had the SE stage IV kit put on his Breakout through dealer and would have some good info.

Thanks for the info, La, this 107 sounds like something I might like.
That 107" kit from Fuelmoto will nullify every warranty in your book. The "Stage 4/5" kit from the MoCo will not, if it's installed by the HD Dealer at his shop.
If the dealer is going to honor the warranty with the upgrades chances are they will want you to use SE parts. The 3-4K price might be on the low side IMO, especially with dealer labor rates. Beyond the stage kit you'll need a decent exhaust and air cleaner upgrade. That could run you another 700 to a grand. Does the stage IV kit come with a tuner? If not there's another 4-500. Then you'll need it dyno tuned. I wouldn't even attempt to autotune it.
^ The 3-4k I mentioned was certainly not for the SE kit or a tuner, or pipes / AC. the SE kit and labor, plus a SE tuner and tuning time, will definitely run much more as you suspect. but true it is the only way to really keep the warranty intact if that is a key requirement.
