On a 2000 Heritage, where the stock seat mounts to the sides of the frame. The thread size in the frame that those alum plugs thread into.

If it is part 23A in the schematic, I believe the bolt size is 1/2″-13 x 5/8″.

I have to admit that I am not absolutely positive.

Something I like to do is machine the heads on a standard stainless socket head cap screw to give it a nice clean "different from the norm" look. Some times I'll thin the head, dome the head or machine a step in it to give it some flair.
