I needed to pass inspection so I attached my OEM horn to the mounting bracket for that crappy horn. I'm probably going to go with a mini beast. In the next week or so near that same spot. Docking hardware for my detachable HD Fat Boy saddlebags might cause a problem. I wish I never got them.
Finally got this accomplished with the stock horn mounted right side by the exhaust as pictured here. Good thing the pipes are loud 'cause I can't hear the horn anymore while I'm accelerating.
Also, DK Customs was very helpful in solving a problem I had with the SE wires. They are VERY tight on the '16 FLSTFBS. DK swapped them out for a set of 409 wires that are slightly longer and have a less obtuse angle on the boots. That gives enough slack to eliminate worries about stressing the boots or plugs. I installed the mid-frame air deflector at the same time. No days above 80°F since then so I can't tell how much difference it really made in temps.

If you want real results skip the HD deflectors and go straight to the Captain Itch deflectors.
