I've got a 2016 Heritage and I plan on installing chrome lowers on my forks and I'd like to change the boot covers while I'm at it. I've been looking at the PM Merc covers and the Arlen Ness Deep Cut fork boots. I've seen some Deluxes with the boots and the light bar, but haven't seen them on a Heritage, seems like they should be the same. Any of you guys that have the boot covers run into any problems during the install?
It's not the same on the Deluxe and Heritage because of the front turn signals. The front turn signals on the Deluxe are the bullet signals and have more room between them and the fork cover so the cover fits without problem.
On the Heritage, the large round front turn signals are very close to the fork cover and do not work with the fork covers you mention. If you want the fork covers you mention to work on your Heritage, you must move or remove the turn signals or change the front turn signals to ones similar to the Deluxe.

That works, I've already changed the turn signals to the bullet style, so I should be good. Thanks for replying!
