Is this seat fixable

I'd guess if the pan is damaged it wouldn't be cost effective to fix it. I'm having my old Corbin redone now....fresh foam, a leather cover with some tuck an roll work is costing me $425 plus tax.

I suspect just getting a new one would be more cost effective unless I could fix the old one myself. I have another seat for the bike. But it is a low profile Mustang seat without a lot of padding. This seat has more cushion and I would like to use it some.
Maybe I will try to put a little home made fix on it and see if it works. It is useable now, it just does not feel really stable on the bike.
