2002 Fatboy shut down while riding
Hi, My 2002 carbed Fatboy shut down today while on a main road going 30mph. Just lost all power and coasted bike to the side of the road. Checked all fuses good even cleaned all for good connection before putting them back in. Had battery tested as thought it was shot but tested fine at autozone . put tester on all fuses once reinstalled all good. Headlight does not come on but brake light does. Never had any issues before with this bike ! When i got back from Autozone and hearing the battery was good i was hoping it was the kill switch . Nope was in the run position ! Just towed it home and now scratching my head........ WVleo

thanks for the suggestions. Cleaned and gently greased the ignition starter switch with dielectric grease. Replace 30amp breaker with 50amp breaker from dealer ( what they had in stock ), cleaned and greased battery connections making sure they were tight. Fatboy started right up !!!! Now need to take it for a test ride locally to be sure its fixed.......WVleo
