So I'm having trouble deciding what I want to do with the front end..

I'm already planning on buying a set of raked trees from HHI, that's for certain. What my dilemma is, is that I want to change the contents of my forks. Right now I have in my hands a set of stock length and 4" lowered progressive monotubes. I don't want to go the full 4 inch drop, 2 would be preferred. Is there a way to raise or lower the monotubes safely? Or should I go with race tech gold valves and 2" lower springs? I want to get this done asap because I have a big ride coming up with weeks from Saturday and would like it to handle nice in the group. Thanks in advance for the input guys!

So I did a thing and went back to the fat 17" wheel... wasn't really digging the 23 big wheel that much. Ended up trading it for a new 103 big bore kit and got some cams as well. Bike runs much better now.. Also had it painted while it was apart.

Also noticed tonight that I had no rear lights.. did some investigating when I got home and found the connector from the rear wiring that was plugged into the custom dynamics triple play had been crushed somehow and ground out on the frame.. time to make a dealer stop for a new harness connector and see if custom dynamics will warranty on their end..

Anyone have ideas for hiding connectors and wiring on a night train? There's no damn room under the seat and I have the tuner, LED module, PCM,Triple Play module and wiring for all of that crudely stuffed together..

Anyway here's some pics.
