Easy Brackets - Your Experience
For the record, I don't believe that there is anything specifically wrong with the design of the easy brackets themselves. The issue is that any solution in which the bag (or its supports) are only held at two points, or points (almost) in a line, allows the supports and therefore the bag, to flex around this mount point. It doesn't matter how strong the support structure is, it will still flex. And this is where it becomes unsafe. That's why I believe that the heritage mounting system (not only along the top edge, but also at the bottom by way of the passenger foot pegs) and the bagger conversion brackets, are the only secure way to go. Sadly, I can't afford either.
