Funny you should say that. Not counting my two Buells, one white and one silver, every bike I've ever owned was black. Six H-D rides before my current Deuce, always black. I would have never thought I'd come home with a white big twin. But when I saw it on the showroom floor, I couldn't take my eyes off of it. I have gotten more compliments on this bike than any other I've ever owned.
I had same reaction (as 07DeauceTX) to my FatBoy when I bought it 13 (almost 14) years ago. Never owned a Harley and saw it on the showroom floor and was mesmerized.
Getting a black tie makeover now (see this thread). To this day it still gets my attention like that when I would see it in the garage or anywhere.
