I use mineral spirits or Goo-gone (sp). Lighter fluid or WD-40 will work also.
Boy O Boy is your spelling OFF...

It's called "Goof Off"

I use it all the time.
Ok, that's good stuff but it's for removing latex paint from a painting goof.

This is Goo Gone which is for getting "Goo" such as UPC code label residue and other sticky things off your stuff.

They're both terrific imho.

I wouldn't put goof-off on my bike. I'd use this residue remover which is paint safe.

JB

Used Dental Floss to take off the reflectors (heard some guys can acutually rip them off by hand)....Then used "De-Solv-It" to take off the adhesive. Safe, and great for getting off other home stuff such as crayon on the walls, and gum in the carpet.

Fishing line also works great, in case you can't find where the wifey put the dental floss!

I ended up heating the reflectors with a heat gun. pulling them off by hand, then using goof off to get the gook off. Thanx for all the info.

I’ve been vindicated for my poor spelling. Thanks JB.

Hey, if you ain't man or woman enough to rip those suckers off with your fingernails or your teeth and then lick the residue off, you have no business on a Harley.

Dang, I just spit a little terbaccy juice on the residue first.
