Congrats on the Slim. I had no issues with the stock seat and did many day rides on it, but then again I am used to a horse saddle. I kept my stock seat until I put the 200mm on back. My best advice is to ride it and decide what mods are needed to fit your personal comfort level and taste. This way you don't waste money on a mod that might not have been needed.
With that being said...my first mods were removing those cheesy looking bicycle reflectors from the rear fender and forks, removing the stickers from the down tubes and neck, and then I made a curved axle mount plate holder so I could get rid of the horrible cheap plastic billboard it came with stock.
Enjoy the new sled!
