How about redoing the guts of your stock seat at Mean City Cycles or a place like that? I think I'm going to do the high density foam and the gel pak in mine. That's a lot cheaper than a new seat plus they can move your riding position some if you want.

Not sure with those guys butI think it's pretty quick, they were hiring more people. I'm taking mine to a local auto upholstery place that has done a lot of Harley seats. That way I can drop it off and pick it up that same day.
