I don't know where to start since I am still on a rush after completing the German ADAC Motorcycle course today. Everything they teach you is about trusting your bike, science and yourself to become a better rider and now my heritage and I are 1 now. By the end of the day, I still can't belive it but I was able and confident to ride around the track:
1. Standing on the passenger footboards while holding the handlebars
2. Same as above but with only 1 hand
3. Knees on the seat while holding the handlebars
4. Side saddle (both feet on 1 side of the bike)
5. Standing on the seat while holding the handlebars
6. Right foot on left floorboard with left foot out while holding the handlebars
7. Laying down flat on the bike while riding
and last
8. On a straight away (about 30-40 MPH), feet on the passenger footboards, let go of the handlebars (YES, NO HANDED) and stand straight up with hands out ... like jesus on the cross. Talk about crazy and a rush at the same time....still can't believe it I did that several times.
We also worked on intense emergency braking, situational avoidance, leaning limitations, and slow ride handling, but nothing compared to the above stuff.
