Never mind my punctuation or grammar. Is that all you've got? I'm looking for some advice not insults. It's English and you can read. This place just isn't for me I guess. Take care.

I tried to read it 3 times but each time I kept losing my place and ended up re-reading the same parts over and over.
Sometimes the only way for a person to get help is if they learn how articulate things properly.
Its pretty simple words strung together make sentences. If u can't read it without getting lost I would suggest some help. I have a learning disability with reading comprehension and I get what he said.
I would go with a different carb. The stock carb is super easy and makes good power for stockish applications. Stuck float sounds probable. X2 on replacing the feed line. Also add a small inline filter maybe there is something flaking off the inside of the tank. Auto parts store for like 5 bucks. Just a clear housing no need for anything fancy. Find a 4 wheeler tech or snowmobile tech they are really good with smaller carbs.
Check ur timing, As far as the runability issue I fought an old zenith carb on my ironhead for a year with similar issues. Turns out timing way 30 degrees off. Original owner didn't know what he was doing. It ran but had high speed issues. If I tuned that out it had popping issues. Ended up going c&c carb off sportsters.

It's not about grammar, it's about punctuation and the ability to read, articulate, and comprehend what his actual question is about. If you happen to be the same type of person that will post a question in the future, expect the same type of response from those on here that have actually graduated basic junior high school English.

When writing my post I was terribly upset. This bike is new to me and the thought that I may have screwed it up had me in a panic. I appreciate your support and know you are the righteous rider of days past, who would stop if you saw a fellow enthusiast broke down on the side of the road. Thanks.
For the haters, FYI I'm a chick and my dogs name is "Dude". Shoot by the way I write can you imagine having to listen to me? Joke is that I ought to be on the parole board, cause I never let anyone finish a sentence.
I copied same post to guys at J & P Cycle. Those guys are awesome. Kyle is patient and very helpful, he even apologized for being a slow reader, LOL. I did oil change, float replacement (got in mail 2 days ago) and Senior Tech said "QUIT MESSING WITH IDLE SPEED SCREW". So I'm up and running, screaming down the road, getting thumbs up and "nice ride".
Thanks agian Panhead and all the other members with the good advice.

The real reason that Kyle is patient, very helpful, and understanding is that he's on the clock and getting paid either by the hour or on a salary, shoot he may have even been on overtime making the big bucks. The one thing that you'll come to realize is when you're working on or dealing with a Harley Davidson is it's better to go slow and think things through. Don't panic. You're not going to break the thing, no matter what you think.

I have a hard time reading black text on a white background if it is on a computer monitor. No learning disabilities but the wife may disagree.

Was not trying to be mean to OP. I honestly tried to read it a few times and gave up. I simply suggested a few breaks to help us read it.
