I'm looking at getting a rocker c but do to work I won't be able to go set on the bike anytime soon so I thought I would ask her before I put money down on it. I have set on some cvo's and a couple softtail night trains and when putting them back on the side stand my right leg hits the exhuast is the rocker as wide or narrower then a night train I look at the exhuast part number and they have different numbers so is the exhuast alittle closer to the motor on the rocker then other softtails the one I'm looking has v&h big radius exhuast if that makes much of a difference
Mine has Jesse James "Hell Bents", but, I have no issue with the exhaust and putting it on the stand. I am 5' 8" but pretty long legged if that matters.
Had to pass on the deal a rocker is way to Dam slow for me

I thought a 96ci would be more fun to ride but
I guess my sportster is less stock then I think I would walk off and leave the rocker I rode. I test rode it and with in a block I was on the rev limiter 1-3rd I was just trying to get up to speed I feel it wasn't running right but the Harley dealer said it's the beat running 96 they. have clutch felt like a old used Honda and the power was no where to be found it had vh big radius exhuast and a stage one intake. all my 1200 has is pipe and a drip in filter as far as I know

yea im looking for more power as well, I know what your saying, thinking the new vance hp3 tuner might help with that, also any link for the stand?thanks
I'm at the point where when ever I look at a HD I factor in the cost to change the cam. EPA compliant cams kill performance. The light weight of a sportster might make it easier to live with but in a heavy big twin a cam is a must.

What are you looking for in another bike? If you are looking for something faster than your Sporty the list is long. I'd suggest a VMax or Diavel. Or, if you want to stick with HD try a VRod Muscle. The are a blast to ride.
If you are looking for something that looks better than the Sportster, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you park a Rocker next to a Sportster, people will gravitate to the Rocker all day long.
Wherever I go with my Rocker, people are drawn to it and bypass many on the way to look at it. It definitely draws attention and the cameras always come out. I have a friend with a 2003 1200 Sportster and all though it is quick I have no problem keeping up.
So, I guess it comes down to personal motivation in your selection. I don't always run my bike as fast as it will go. I'm not a fan of speeding tickets. It does everything I need and is a lot of fun to ride. I've ridden many models and love my Rocker. It suits me.
